Cancellation Policy

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract for the unopened product within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

 

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Julia Grieger, Galgenstr. 3, 91484 Sugenheim, Germany, contact@auraeximia.com, Phone: +491749849030) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

 

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

 

You shall return the goods to us or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of them, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

 

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

 

1. Scope

The following GTC apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is directed exclusively at consumers.

 

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

 

2. Contracting Parties, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with AURA EXIMIA UG.

 

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can initially place our products in the shopping basket without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded by you accepting the offer for the products in the shopping basket by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email.

 

3. Contract Language, Contract Text Storage

The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German, English, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, if needed.

4. Delivery Conditions

Standard delivery is free of shipping costs.

 

4.2 Delivery Options

We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the ordering process.

 

We only deliver via shipping. Collection of the goods in person is unfortunately not possible.

 

We do not deliver to parcel stations.

 

5. Payment

The following payment methods are fundamentally available to you in our shop.

 

Credit Card

During the ordering process, you provide your credit card details. Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.

 

Apple Pay

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have the Apple Pay function activated, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. Google Pay

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have the Google Pay function activated, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. PayPal

To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information can be found during the ordering process.

 

PayPal may offer registered PayPal customers selected according to its own criteria further payment modalities in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the offering of these modalities; further individually offered payment modalities concern your legal relationship with PayPal.
